New Look PS3 Slim 500GB + 2 Controllers + 11 Games in ASHFIELD, New South Wales for sale

I purchased the console new in June 2013 from EB Games for $400 and it is still in excellent (near new) condition. I am selling this bundle because I have a new job and no longer have time to play. To calculate a fair selling price I am going to use EB Games' "preowned" price and then discount further from that.

I purchased a second controller at the time for $80 new. They still sell for around $70 new or $40 preowned. Please see how I arrived at my selling price below:
